• Identifies significant changes in patient condition through data collection and reports to the provider.
• Prepares patients for examination and assists with procedures as directed by the physician.
• Maintains clinical and administrative skills per departmental guidelines to support patient care and daily operations.
• Records patients' medical history and vital signs in medical records.
