Recover-Care is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide routine nursing care and accurate medication administration under supervision. You will follow facility policies and document thoroughly to ensure resident safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CMA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience and a cheerful disposition toward residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of medications to residents.
• Prepare residents for therapy, activities, physician visits, and other appointments; transport as needed.
• Accurately prepare and administer medications, ensuring correct patient, time, dosage, and route.
• Assist residents with hygiene and encourage self-help activities.
• Follow infection control procedures and document thoroughly each shift.
• Present a professional image and uphold resident rights and company standards.
