Recover-Care is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide routine nursing care and accurate medication administration under supervision. You will follow policies, document thoroughly, and present a professional image while upholding resident rights.

Responsibilities include assisting with medications, pre-therapy preparation, transportation to activities, and infection control. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CMA certification.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Demonstrates compassion, patience, cheerfulness and enthusiasm in resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of medications to residents on assigned unit.
• Prepare residents for therapy, visits, and activities and transport as needed.
• Ensure correct medication administration with right patient, time, dosage, and route.
• Assist with hygiene and encourage self-help as appropriate.
• Follow infection control procedures per facility policy.
