Job summary

Recover-Care Heartland is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide compassionate nursing care to residents across all shifts. You will pass medications, assist with daily living activities, and document care under RN supervision.

Qualified CMAs will have certified CMA credentials, a caring personality, and the ability to read, write and speak English, with a commitment to scheduled shifts and high-quality resident care.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Pass medication to residents as prescribed.
• Perform routine patient care tasks.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Document and chart care for each resident.
• Provide care and compassion for residents' well-being.
• Follow infection control procedures.
• Protect residents’ rights and confidentiality.
• Adhere to policies and standards.
