Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule appointments according to office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, collect copays and deductibles.
• Scan or copy patient-related documents into the electronic medical record.
• Prepare charts for appointments with all necessary information.
