Qualifications

• One year of frontline customer service or clerical work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with patients.
• Comfort with basic office technology and medical record workflows.

Responsabilités

• Check-in patients at visit time and complete required paperwork for efficient admitting.
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate staff.
• Schedule patient appointments per office guidelines.
• Obtain accurate patient and insurance information, including copays and deductibles.
• Copy/scan important documents into the electronic medical record.
• Prepare charts for upcoming patient appointments with all necessary information.
