• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, errands/shopping, and transportation arrangements.
• Recognize safety hazards in the client’s home and report concerns to the supervisor.
• Provide clients with social and emotional support while maintaining confidentiality.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.

Position Duties Include:

• Provide Personal Care Services to clients in accordance with the care plan.

• Maintain strict confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.
• Maintain training and educational requirements.

Qualifications

CFSS Support Worker Certification, High School Diploma or GED, and industry knowledge strongly preferred.
