Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine nursing care to residents according to policy.
• Make resident rounds at each shift start and every two hours.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Keep beds and bedside tables clean and organized.
• Report issues promptly to Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, or Director of Nurses.
