Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care under the direction of nursing leadership. The role requires a valid CNA license and at least six months of CNA experience or clinical CNA exposure.

You will perform rounds, verify resident identity before care, and assist with daily living tasks in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Strong English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform duties per facility policies and nursing care procedures.
• Make resident rounds at shift start and every 2 hours for care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals to ensure correct treatment.
• Report missing ID bands to admission coordinator immediately.
• Make beds and clean bedside and overbed tables.
• Ensure water pitchers are clean, filled, and within resident reach.
