Morningside House Senior Living in Waldorf, MD is seeking Certified Medication Technicians (CMT) to join our assisted living and memory care community. Positions available as full-time, part-time, or PRN/per diem, with responsibilities including administering medications under nurse supervision and maintaining resident health and safety.

Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED and a Certified Medication Aide certification, with 1–3 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Certified Medication Aide certification required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers medications as ordered under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Records all medications administered and updates resident charts.
• Observe and report any reactions or side effects of medications to a licensed nurse.
• Maintains the Medication Room and follows infection control practices.
• Communicates with medical staff and other department supervisors.
