Qualifications

• 1–5 years of customer service experience.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Experience in legal case management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution and meet deadlines.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and provide regular updates.
• Gather, review, and organize medical records, reports, and other case docs.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurers, and other parties.
• Assist attorneys with demand packages and case prep.
• Organize, scan, file, and maintain case files and correspondence.
• Schedule client appointments, consultations, and attorney calls.
