Job summary

Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to guide clients through personal injury claims from intake to resolution. You will coordinate medical records, communicate regularly with clients, and support attorneys with case preparation in a fast-paced, client-centered office.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities with empathy.

Qualifications

• At least 1-5 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient when interacting with clients.
• Experience as a legal case manager or in a similar role is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates.
• Gather, request, review, and organize medical records, accident reports, insurance information, and other case documentation.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case.
• Assist attorneys with demand packages and case preparation.
• Organize, scan, file, and maintain correspondence and case files.
• Schedule client appointments, consultations, and attorney calls.
