Pemberton Personal Injury Law Firm in Madison, WI, seeks a Case Manager to guide clients through personal injury claims, from intake to resolution, while meeting deadlines and coordinating with medical providers and insurers. This role emphasizes compassionate client service and meticulous case management in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, in-office position offers 40 hours per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• At least 1-5 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume personal injury caseload from intake through resolution while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and provide regular updates.
• Gather, request, review, and organize medical records, accident reports, insurance information, and other case documentation.
• Coordinate with medical providers, insurance adjusters, and other parties involved in the case.
• Assist attorneys with demand packages and case preparation.
• Organize, scan, file, and maintain correspondence and case files.
• Schedule client appointments, consultations, and attorney calls.

What You'll Do

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience as a legal case manager or in a similar role is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $18.00-$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
