Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced, dependable caregivers to join a growing team serving Tennessee. We offer in-home care for private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs, with weekly pay and flexible schedules—full-time or part-time opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship while following individualized care plans and maintaining a safe home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Dependable, professional and compassionate.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and compliance screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping.
• Medication reminders and supervision.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
