Stand Out Home Care is hiring experienced caregivers to provide in-home care across Tennessee. Our team helps clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients and VA/CHOICES programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Follow individualized client care plans.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Report changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member.
