Job summary

Stand Out Home Care is expanding across Tennessee and seeks experienced, dependable caregivers to join our growing team. We provide personalized in-home care to help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, serving private-pay clients as well as VA and CHOICES participants.

We offer opportunities for both full-time and part-time roles with weekly pay, paid time off after 30 days, and a path for growth as the company expands across Tennessee.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience
High school diploma or GED required
Must be at least 18 years old
Dependable, professional and compassionate
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living
Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care
Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance
Meal preparation
Light housekeeping and laundry
Medication reminders
Companionship and supervision
Running errands and assisting with daily routines
Following individualized client care plans
Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment
Reporting changes in a client's condition to the appropriate team member
