Stand Out Home Care is growing across Tennessee and seeking experienced, dependable caregivers to make a difference in clients' lives. As a caregiver you will provide in-home support, personal care, and companionship, with opportunities across Tennessee and a focus on safety and independence.

We offer weekly pay, FT/PT schedules, and a supportive scheduling team to help you succeed. Paid time off begins after 30 days, insurance after 60 days, and a 90-day performance evaluation as the company

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, grooming, dressing and personal care.
• Mobility, transfers and ambulation assistance.
• Meal preparation.
• Light housekeeping and laundry.
• Medication reminders.
• Companionship and supervision.
• Running errands and assisting with daily routines.
• Following individualized client care plans.
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment.
• Reporting changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member.
