Senior Housing Managers is hiring a Universal Caregiver to support residents in our Medford, OR location. The role focuses on direct care, daily living activities, and monitoring resident status with timely reporting. Training is provided for required caregiving tasks and certifications.

You will work with our team to ensure residents maintain independence, safety, and comfort in a compassionate environment. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of experience with seniors preferred.
• Basic computer skills required; training provided for caregiving tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Prepare and assist with meals; serve residents and assist as needed.
• Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and complete housekeeping tasks as required.
• Follow care plans, attend trainings, and participate in team communication.
