Job summary

Senior Housing Managers seeks a Universal Caregiver to provide direct care in assisted living and residential communities. You’ll support residents with daily activities, monitor health changes, and communicate observations to the team.

You will help with meals, medication when trained, and maintain a clean, safe living environment while adhering to policies and confidentiality. Training is provided and ongoing development opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience with seniors.
• Pre-Service Universal Caregiver training required (onboarding).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers).
• Medication setup and administration as trained.
• Update resident records per policy and report health changes to supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow cleaning schedules.
• Assist with meals and feeding, and help with dining activities.
• Participate in staff trainings and meetings.
