Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Shakopee, MN is seeking Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our team. You will provide person-centered care to seniors in assisted living and memory care settings, with a focus on dignity and respect.

You’ll work with residents to support daily living activities, mobility, and meaningful engagement, reporting changes to leadership and participating in ongoing training. We welcome both experienced and newly certified caregivers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
