Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc. in Shakopee, MN, is seeking caring CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, RAs, or NARs to provide person-centered care for residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

Join a team committed to kindness and teamwork. You will support daily living activities, help with mobility, assist with medications, and engage residents in meaningful activities. Night shift availability is required, with weekend commitments across PT/FT roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred).
• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication, empathy, and reliability are essential.
• NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) availability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
