Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Eden Prairie, MN, is seeking Caregivers (CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, or NAR) who are passionate about helping seniors and thrive in a person-centered environment. You'll provide personalized care and support to residents.

The role includes assisting with activities of daily living, mobility, medication assistance (training provided), light housekeeping, and engaging residents in meaningful activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months caregiving experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.
• CNA Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass medications (training provided).
• CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability.
• PM Shift (2PM-10PM) Availability.
• All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Support mobility and transfers within the facility.
• Help with medication administration (training provided).
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation.
• Light housekeeping and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team.
• Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.
