Job summary

Harmony is seeking a Resident Assistant/PCA in Mechanicsville, VA to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities. You will respond to calls, help with meals, mobility, and participate in care planning under supervision.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and complete PCA program; CPR/First Aid certification preferred or within 60 days. The role requires empathy, reliability, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
