At Peace Health Care Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team in North Wales, Montgomery County, PA. This role provides non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support to seniors and adults with disabilities in clients' homes.

Responsibilities

• As a Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant, you will provide compassionate and dependable support based on each client's individual needs and care plan.
• Personal Care: assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, ADLs, and daily living activities.
• Home and Daily Living Support: prepare meals, light housekeeping, laundry, safe environment.
• Companionship and Support: provide emotional support and social engagement.
• Mobility Assistance: assist with ambulation and transfers as allowed by care plan.
• Medication reminders per care plan.
• Transportation and Community Support: assist with appointments and errands.
