At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate, reliable Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support while helping clients maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support according to each client’s care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide medication reminders and help with daily routines.
• Offer companionship and social engagement to support independence and dignity.
