Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. We provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support so clients live safely and with independence in their own homes.

Ideal candidates have experience as a Caregiver/PCA/HHA or related roles, are reliable, and committed to meaningful care. We offer weekly pay, direct deposit, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, a valid drivers license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and companionship.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when applicable; light housekeeping and laundry.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and support daily routines.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; encourage independence and social engagement.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safe movement as per care plan.
• Provide medication reminders according to the clients plan and requirements.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands as applicable.
