Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate, reliable Caregivers/PCAs to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support in clients' homes, helping them maintain dignity and independence.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of personal care experience or related roles, pass required background checks, and demonstrate excellent communication and reliability. We offer meaningful work and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and dependable support based on each client's individual needs and care plan.
• Assist with bathing and grooming
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Assist with dressing and personal hygiene
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Help clients maintain their dignity and independence
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when applicable
• Perform light housekeeping
• Assist with laundry
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
• Assist clients with daily routines
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Encourage independence and social engagement
• Assist clients with appropriate daily activities
• Develop a respectful and supportive relationship with clients
• Assist with ambulation
• Assist with transfers as per care plan
• Support safe movement throughout the home
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands and community activities
