At Peace Healthcare Agency is hiring compassionate Caregivers/Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. We provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care and daily living support to help clients live safely and independently in their own homes.

Qualifications

• We are looking for caring, dependable, and responsible individuals who take pride in providing quality care.
• TB testing proof is required and you must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Reliable transportation is required; if transporting clients, a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, ADLs, and personal hygiene.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Provide companionship, encourage independence and social engagement, and develop supportive relationships with clients.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safe movement throughout the home per care plans.
• Provide medication reminders according to the care plan and applicable requirements.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and errands as applicable.
