Job summary

The Ashford of Mt. Washington in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver to join Wallick Senior Living. This full-time role offers $18/hour plus shift differential and a comprehensive benefits package, with opportunities for growth within a 1,000+ associate employee-owned company.

You will provide direct resident care, assist with daily activities, and help residents achieve independence and a high quality of life in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR Certification preferred; Nurse Aide Certification a plus.
• Direct resident care and personal hygiene responsibilities.
• Effective communication with residents, families and staff.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal care to residents.
• Assist with bathing, grooming and toileting.
• Respond to call lights promptly.
• Encourage resident participation in activities.
• Assist residents in moving to activities, dining, and events.
• Assist with lifting, turning, and repositioning as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
