Job summary

Wallick Senior Living is seeking a Personal Care Assistant / Caregiver for the The Ashford of Sturbridge campus in Hillard, Ohio. This full-time role runs 3pm–11pm with a pay rate of $16/hour plus shift differential.

You will deliver direct resident care, support daily activities, and help residents maintain independence in a compassionate team environment. Wallick offers a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certified; Nurse Aide certification is a plus but not required.
• Effective communication with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional personal service and daily care to residents.
• Provide physical resident care including bathing and grooming.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address resident/family needs.
• Encourage resident participation in activities.
• Assist residents to/from activities, dining room, and other events.
• Lift, turn, and reposition residents as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
