Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred; Nurse Aide certification a plus.
• Organized and self-motivated to serve residents.
• Effective communication with residents, families and staff.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care and daily living assistance.
• Assist residents with activities, dining, and mobility.
• Respond to call lights promptly and address resident/family needs.
• Encourage resident involvement in activities and programs.
• Assist residents to and from activities and events within the community.
• Assist with transfers and positioning as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
