At Peace Health Care Agency is hiring compassionate, reliable Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team in the United States. This role offers one-on-one client care, companionship, and daily living support in clients' homes, with a focus on maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• If transporting clients, must have a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be mature, caring, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently while following the client’s care plan.
• Must successfully pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one non-medical personal care and companionship.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, and ADLs.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping; assist with laundry.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe movement.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments when applicable.
