Job summary

At Peace Health Care Agency is hiring compassionate caregivers and PCAs to provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care in clients' homes. You will assist with bathing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, companionship, and mobility support while maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of personal care experience preferred
• Proof of current TB testing required
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position
• Must have reliable transportation; if transporting clients, valid driver’s license and auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, laundry, and safe home maintenance
• Provide companionship and encourage independence and social engagement
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as per care plan
• Provide medication reminders per care plan
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments and community activities
