Job summary

At Peace Healthcare Agency is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join a growing in-home care team in the United States. You will deliver one-on-one, non-medical care, companionship, and daily living support to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes, helping preserve dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• We are looking for caring, dependable individuals who take pride in providing quality care.
• Proof of current TB testing required.
• Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if transporting clients, a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must pass required criminal background and fingerprint checks.
• Ability to work independently while following the client’s care plan.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.
• Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Prepare meals, assist with feeding, and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support; encourage independence.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers, and safe movement in the home.
• Provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands when applicable.
