At Peace Healthcare Agency is seeking compassionate Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our growing team. You will provide one-on-one, non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support to seniors and adults with disabilities in their homes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of personal care experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation and, if transporting clients, a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical personal care, companionship, and daily living support per the client's care plan.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, and ADLs.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and laundry; maintain a safe home environment.
