Job summary

Preferred Care Health Centers is seeking compassionate caregiving staff to assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. You will provide companionship, monitor well-being, and support meals and hydration in a patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include reporting changes in residents' condition, promoting safety, following care plans and facility policies, and assisting with light housekeeping as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support residents with toileting and continence care as needed
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition
• Promote resident safety and follow care plans and facility policies
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
• Assist with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping as assigned
