Responsibilities include reporting care needs, maintaining med records, and communicating with residents and families. Requires state-mandated medication certification per state requirements and strong organization.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English.
• One year elder care experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Attend to residents' personal care needs and ADLs.
• Assist with medications under RN/LPN supervision and document appropriately.
• Report care needs and changes in resident status to supervisor.
