Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with medication administration and resident care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and document completion
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments
• Observe and report resident changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and daily charting
