Job summary

Arbor Garden Place is seeking Caregivers to provide compassionate resident care in a senior living community. You will assist with daily living activities, support residents during meals and activities, and respond quickly to needs to ensure safety and comfort.

We value hospitality, integrity, respect, and a team approach. CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it is required or encouraged. Weekend/holiday availability may be needed, with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior caregiver or home health aide experience preferred but not required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete training upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Support residents during mealtimes, activities, and daily routines with comfort and dignity.
• Respond to resident needs and call lights promptly to ensure safety and attentiveness.
• Collaborate with nursing and life enrichment staff to coordinate holistic care.
