Arbor Grove Assisted Living & Memory Care is seeking a dedicated staff member to provide comfort, safety, and supervision for residents. You will administer medications, monitor health indicators, and assist with daily living activities in alignment with each resident's care plan.

Responsibilities include reviewing eMARs, documenting accurately, and collaborating with the care team to ensure high-quality resident care. CPR/First Aid certification or attainment within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work with minimal supervision.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office in a Windows environment.

Responsabilités

• Administer medications to residents according to physician orders and document completion.
• Review eMAR each shift to ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
• Review incoming medication orders for accuracy and update eMAR accordingly.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans.
• Respond to resident call lights, door, and safety alarms promptly.
• Observe and report resident changes to Care Coordinator and Director of Resident Care.
• Order/re-order medications to ensure adequate supply is available.
• Complete daily charting and required documentation.
• Obtain resident weights and vitals.
• Assist with meals setup and cleanup as needed.
