Job summary

Minnesota Lifestyle Solutions is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one support, helping individuals maintain independence and dignity in daily living.

You will assist with meals, light housekeeping, transportation, wellness activities, and companionship, with a focus on respect and safety. A high school diploma and caring attitude are essential; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience – homecare, direct care position, working w/ individuals w/ disabilities, seniors, dementia, etc– A Plus!
• A passion to help others
• Superior interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills
• Unwavering patience
• Willing to travel
• Valid MN Driver License and Insured Driver
