Minnesota Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a compassionate caregiver/team member to provide one-on-one care, support independence, and engage clients in wellness activities in the Buffalo, MN area. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and reliable, clear communication within a caring team.

The position may involve travel to clients, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship to improve overall wellbeing and independence for those served by our cooperative. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in homecare/direct care with individuals with disabilities, seniors, or dementia is a plus.
• Must pass a background check and DHS fingerprinting.
• Willing to travel.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
