Job summary

Minnesota Lifestyle Solutions is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide compassionate, one-on-one home care in the Saint Cloud area. You will support clients in maintaining independence, assist with daily activities, and promote wellness within a respectful, caring team environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid MN driver license, and willingness to travel. Background check and DHS fingerprinting are required. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Experience in homecare or direct care positions is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.

• Support individuals in maintaining their independence through one-on-one care.
