Job summary

JEVS Care at Home is seeking compassionate caregivers to support clients in daily living per individualized plans. Caregivers receive training, PPE, and access to essential development resources including CPR/First Aid and dementia care training.

You will help maintain client independence and follow care plans while documenting activities and communicating with the Client Care Manager. This role emphasizes respect, confidentiality, and inclusive patient care.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Client Care Manager.
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation.
• Must satisfactorily complete orientation and exam.
• U.S. Citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Assist the client in daily living per the care plan.
• Help maintain client independence and dignity.
• Receive training and PPE for safe care delivery.
• CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Training provided as professional development.
