Job summary

JEVS Care at Home is seeking caregivers to support clients in daily activities at home. Caregivers will follow care plans, promote independence, and use provided tools and PPE. Training, including CPR, First Aid, and dementia care, is offered to all caregivers to ensure high-quality support.

Applicants should be at least 18, possess a GED or HS diploma, and be able to communicate effectively. U.S. work authorization is required and orientation is provided with certification upon completion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• A High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Certified Nurse Aide Certification preferred but not required.
• Completion of Caregiver Orientation.
• Must satisfactorily complete JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation program.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living as per care plan to support independence.
• Provide training and tools for successful care, including ADL and PPE access.
• CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Training offered as part of professional development.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations.
• Complete instrumental activities of daily living as outlined in the Care Plan.
