Job summary

Vitality is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Specialist to support residents with daily activities and basic care tasks in a compassionate, resident-centered environment. You will work under the Wellness Director to implement care plans and help residents maintain dignity and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, basic treatments, and addressing emotional health needs, while following established policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health-related requirements and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living as indicated in service plans.
• Assist residents with simple treatments as indicated in service plans.
• Support residents with emotional health and behavioral needs per care plans.
• Perform other duties requested by Wellness Director and team supervisors.
