Job summary

Vitality is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to join our team. You will assist residents with activities of daily living per service plans, provide basic treatments, and support emotional well-being in a caring environment.

We value communication, compliance with health regulations, and teamwork. Applicants must be 18+, fluent in English, and able to meet health and certification requirements. On-site duties include various supportive tasks and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Meet state health-related requirements and maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities as per service plans.
• Assist with simple treatments per service plans.
• Support residents with emotional health and behavioral needs.
• Perform additional duties such as laundry and pet care as required.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans.
• Observe/report resident problems to supervising staff.
• Attend onboarding and ongoing training and meetings.
• Follow all company policies and procedures; comply with Wellness Director's instructions.
