Roadrunner Home Health is a compassionate and patient-centered home health company that provides personalized care in clients' homes. We are seeking experienced, dedicated caregivers to join our dynamic team and deliver support with dignity and respect.

As a caregiver, you will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, help with meals, monitor health, and ensure safety and comfort in the client’s home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy.
• Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Administer medications and assist with mobility.
• Light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Monitor clients' health conditions and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and exercises as needed.
• Ensure the client’s home is safe and comfortable.
• Maintain records of client progress and activities.
