Job summary

Roadrunner Home Health is seeking a compassionate caregiver to support individuals in their homes or healthcare settings. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor well-being, and provide physical and emotional support to elderly clients or those recovering from illness.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and freedom from safety concerns, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and development. Prior caregiving experience is preferred, CPR/First Aid a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
• Able to communicate with empathy and clarity.
• Knowledge of basic health and safety guidelines and patient needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Administer medications and assist with mobility.
• Light housekeeping including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Monitor clients' health conditions and report concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and exercises as needed.
• Ensure the client’s home is safe and comfortable.
• Maintain records of client progress and activities.
