Job summary

ROADRUNNER HOME HEALTH LLC is seeking a compassionate, reliable caregiver to assist individuals in their home or healthcare setting, providing physical and emotional support for elderly or disabled clients.

You will perform personal care, companionship, meal support, mobility assistance, and safe home care while maintaining records and ensuring well-being. Training and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a caregiver or in a healthcare role is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy.
• Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting).
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance.
• Administer medications and assist with mobility.
• Light housekeeping, including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
• Monitor clients' health conditions and report any concerns to healthcare professionals.
• Assist with mobility and exercises as needed.
• Ensure the client’s home is safe and comfortable.
• Maintain records of client progress and activities.
